Conference Program: Key aspects of the Conference - discussion of the peculiarities of  the intellectual property protection in the terms of globalization: 

Economic integration, free trade and protection of intellectual property (protection of intellectual property in Russia in terms of economic integration, the problems of the application of TRIPS’s norms in Russia).
Regional regulation: problems and trends (Eurasian patent: problems of protection in the national courts of the Member States of EurAsEC, the development of the intellectual property law in the European Union.
Modernization of the Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Transfer of knowledge: civil circulation of the intellectual property rights.
The exhaustion of the intellectual property rights (Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation cases regarding disputes about intellectual property rights exhaustion, the exhaustion of trademark rights in court cases of German courts and of Court of Justice of the European Union).
International jurisdiction in intellectual property disputes.
Conflicts of law issues in the sphere of intellectual property.
Reports will be made by prominent native and foreign scientists and practitioners.

Travel and accommodation expenses are paid by the participants.
There is a limited number of rooms in hotels "Academicheskaya" and "Uzkoye" at reduced rates for accommodation of the conference participants - lecturers and researchers. Please send your request for booking rooms (RUS, ENG) in the said hotels: ip-conf@igpran.ru before September 12, 2012. Request for booking doesn’t guarantee the accommodation. The lists of accommodation in the said hotels will be compiled according the order of the receipt of the requests. The Organizing Committee will additionally inform you about the booking. The hotel accommodation expenses are paid by the participants at their expense.
