The review should contain:
1. Evaluation of the article by the following parameters:
- relevance of the subject;
- scientific novelty in setting a problem;
- overall scientific level of the input;
- correspondence of the article’s name to its content;
- consistency and appropriateness of the article structure;
- theoretical and practical significance of the formulated findings;
- availability of factual errors in the work;
- availability of non-correct borrowings in the work.
2.Reasoned opinion on the prospect of publishing an article in the presented version or following its revision by the author (indicating the deficiencies to be remedied) or failure to publish.
The review shall be signed by the reviewer by indicating his academic degree, academic rank, job title and place of work, e-mail.
