“Proceedings of the Institute of State and Law” is a multilingual academic journal launched by the Institute in 2006.
The Journal offers unbiased coverage of major developments in all areas of law and legal science, always aimed to ensure an impartial viewpoint. Special emphasis is placed on analysis of new legislation.
The Journal welcomes all forms of articles examining these topics, including articles which survey developments or review academic literature in a particular field of law.
The Journal:
· includes contributions from distinguished academics, professors, legal scholars, practitioners and post-graduates;
· has a board of editors of high standing to ensure quality;
· provides a process of peer review for articles (decision regarding publication is made by academic staff of the Institute and outside experts).
The Journal is recommended by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science for publication of scientific results of doctorate theses. It is indexed/abstracted in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), Scientific Electronic Library.
The Journal appears bimonthly (six times a year)
The Journal is distributed in Russia and abroad.
The Journal is registered as a mass media (registration certificate No. ФС77-6213 of 19 June 2015). It is included into the Press of Russia Agency Catalogue “Newspapers. Magazines”, subscription index - 86119. It is also available through the East View Information Services.
